crowd with 71 yards rushing on only nine carries in a little more than 20 minutes of play. Sanders' first carry as a Lion

43 with 2:10 to go. Dilweg threw passes of 19 and nine yards to Herman Fontenot and 16 yards to Weathers to get the ball to
the Phoenix 1. Two plays later, Dilweg rolled right and found West in the back of the end zone. Majkowski's season came to

(09-21-03) Green Bay Packers @ Arizona Cardinals - The Arizona Cardinals beat
the heat and the wilting Green Bay Packers for their first victory of the season. The Cardinals upset the Packers 20-13 on
Sunday at aptly named Sun Devil Stadium, where it was 102 degrees at kickoff and 106 at the beginning of the fourth quarter.
The 106 degrees at nearby Sky Harbor Airport was a record for the date, surpassing the 105 recorded in 1949 and 1984. Brett
Favre, 35-1 when it's 34 degrees or colder, is 12-18 in games when the kickoff temperature is above 70. Favre, 23-for-33 for
226 yards and a touchdown, drove the Packers (1-2) to the Arizona 7 in the final seconds. But on third-and-goal, his pass
was picked off by Dexter Jackson. Jeff Blake, who completed 20 of 31 passes for 273 yards, threw a 1-yard pass to James Hodgins
for the winning touchdown with 3:59 to play. (quality 9) - upgraded February,

(12-28-03) Minnesota Vikings @ Arizona Cardinals -
unbelievable ending - Arizona knocked the Minnesota Vikings out
of the playoffs Sunday with a fourth-down miracle that put Green Bay in. Josh McCown threw a 28-yard touchdown pass to Nathan
Poole on fourth-and-25 as time expired, rallying the Cardinals to an 18-17 victory. That left the Vikings at 9- 7 and gave
the division title to the Packers, who beat Denver 31-3. Had the Vikings won, Green Bay (10-6) would have been eliminated
on a series of BCS-type tiebreakers. Poole caught the ball near the sideline in the end zone, where officials ruled he was
forced out by Minnesota's Denard Walker and called it a touchdown. A video review upheld the call. Minnesota led 17-6 with
two minutes left. But Arizona (4-12) cut the lead to 17-12 on McCown's fourthdown 2-yard pass to Steve Bush with 1:54 to play.
Damien Anderson recovered the onside kick for Arizona, and a 30-yard pass-interference call against Walker put the Cardinals
in scoring position.

second in team history. Brett Favre would attempt his first and probably last Lambeau leap in his career.

Fitzgerald, Arizona takes a well deserved 24-6 lead going in Halftime. But Philadelphia comes back in stunning fashion to
take a 25-24 lead early in the final quarter after striking pay dirt on their first three possessions! But the Cards answered

preseason - Aaron Rodgers threw for 258 yards and three TDs, as the Packers held
on for the win. The Packers first-team offense played the entire first half, and the team led, 38-10, at halftime. Green Bay
got a scare on the opening drive, as Greg Jennings was sandwiched by two defenders while making a 25-yard catch. He remained
down on the field for several minutes before walking off under his own power. He did not return to the game and watched the
rest of the half from the sideline. After trailing at halftime by 28, the Cardinals scored four consecutive TDs, with their
final tally coming late in the fourth on a Leinart touchdown pass to Jason Wright to make it a one-point game, 38-37. However,
Leinart's two-point conversion attempt failed, and Ruvell Martin returned the ensuing onside kick 39 yards to seal the win
for Green Bay. - Added March, 2011
(01-03-10) Green Bay Packers @ Arizona Cardinals -
Aaron Rodgers threw for 235 yards and a touchdown and ran for another score, as the
Packers dominated the Cardinals in an NFC playoff preview. The Packers, who had clinched a wild card berth, are locked into
the fifth seed and will travel back to Glendale next week to meet the fourth-seeded Cardinals. Ryan Grant also rushed for
a score for Green Bay, which will enter the playoffs having won seven of its last eight. The only loss in that stretch was
a one-point setback at Pittsburgh on December 20. Kurt Warner played the first quarter for the NFC West-champion Cardinals
and finished 4-of-6 for 31 yards. Matt Leinart got the bulk of playing time at quarterback and was 13-of-21 for 96 yards with
two interceptions, one of which was intercepted and returned for a touchdown by Charles Woodson, as Arizona had a two-game
win streak ended. - Includes NFL total access with Charles Woodson, NFC Playbook, Fox Pregame, halftime, Pack Attack, and

(01-10-10) 2009 NFC Wildcard - Green Bay Packers
@ Arizona Cardinals - OT - Incredible game in which the Packers were down 17-0 in the first quarter, only forced the Cardinals to punt once
(which was in the 4th Qtr) and yet still tie the game up 45-45 with a little under 2 minutes to go. Kurt Warner then drives
the Cardinals down the field for what should be an easy game winning field goal by the usually reliable Neil Rackers, but
he pulls the ball and misses forcing OT. Packers win the coin flip and you pretty much assume they will win based on the fact
that the Cardinals haven't stopped the Packers offense at all in the 2nd half as they scored TDs at will. Game would get ugly
then though as Rodgers misses an open Jennings on a sure TD on the first play of OT. The next play holding is called on the
Packers even though Rodgers getting smoked on an obvious helmet to helmet hit isn't called. Then on 3rd and long Rodgers is
sacked and fumbles the ball which the Cardinals pick up and score the game winning TD. Oops refs missed a face mask on Rodgers
on this play as well ending a great game pretty ugly. - Includes
