Cowboys 19-10 before a sellout crowd at Reliant Stadium. Rookie quarterback David Carr completed 10 of 22 passes for 145 yards
and two touchdowns, including a 19-yarder to tight end Billy Miller for the team's first-ever touchdown. The Texans also notched

(09-07-03) Houston Texans @ Miami Dolphins - Houston Texans at Miami Dolphins - Kicker Kris Brown hit a game-winning 35-yard field goal in the final
minute to shock the favored Miami Dolphins 21-20 in Miami. Quarterback David Carr connected on 17 of 31 attempts for 266 yards
and a touchdown. Rookie wide receiver Andre Johnson caught six passes for 76 yards while teammate Corey Bradford hauled in
two catches for 85 yards, catching Carr's only touchdown throw. With the win, the Texans became the first NFL expansion team

(11-21-04) Green Bay Packers @ Houston Texans - Longwell game winner at the end -
Brett Favre drove the Packers into scoring position with
a flawless 2-minute drill and Ryan Longwell kicked a 47-yard field goal as time expired. Favre finished 33-of-50 for 383 yards.
Houston native Donald Driver had quite a homecoming, catching 10 passes for 148 yards. But star running back Ahman Green was
knocked out of the game with a rib injury in the second quarter, finishing with 15 yards on only five carries against the
Texans.

Brown kicked three field goals, including the game-winning 40-yarder as time expired to give the Texans a 24-21 win over the
Packers. Matt Schaub completed 28-of-42 passes for 414 yards with two touchdowns, while Kevin Walter had six grabs for 146
yards and a score for Houston, which has won three straight games after losing the previous three. Schaub was returning this
week from a four-game absence that followed a knee injury suffered in a loss to the Vikings on November 2nd. In that game,
Schaub sprained his left MCL on a low hit from Minnesota end Jared Allen. Andre Johnson had four catches for 55 yards and
a TD and Steve Slaton rushed for 120 yards on 26 carries for the Texans, who were coming off a 30-17 beat-down of the Jaguars
on Monday night. Aaron Rodgers passed for 295 yards on 19-of-30 attempts with a pair of touchdowns and an interception for
the Packers, who have dropped five of their last six games. Ryan Grant led the Green Bay ground attacked with 104 yards and
a score. Donald Lee and Jordy Nelson had TD grabs for the Pack.
